Arrangements for John Shultz, Member of Village Fire Department

Municipality of West Milton - On Tuesday evening of this week the West Milton Fire Department lost a core active member/firefighter of 27 years.  John Schultz passed this week in his home. It was unexpected and a deep loss for his wife and family, our members and our community.

Calling Hours will be this Friday, July 20, at the Hale-Sarver Funeral Home located at 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. 4pm-8pm with a uniformed firefighter procession at 7:30pm.

Funeral Services will be held at Community Grace Brethren Church located at 2261 S. Miami St. Saturday morning , July 21, at 10:30 am. The Church is on St Rt 48 South of town and south of Frederick-Garland Road on the west side of the road.

Burial to follow at the new cemetery located at 9497 Markley Road, west of Township Hall and the Union Township Fire/Police Memorial Wall in which John was instrumental in its construction.

A time of remembrance will follow services Saturday at Hoffman United Methodist Church located at 201 S. Main Street in West Milton.
